Your first visit to A Better Back Clinic establishes a vital foundation; we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and allows you time to get to become comfortable with your doctor. 

You'll find all the information you need; map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies ect.

There is background information about the intial visit procedures. You can print out and complete the new patient forms in advance. Please bring the paperwork with you on the introductory appointment.
